Attention:

1, the grain size of diamond rotary dresser should be one grade coarser than the size of grinding wheel to be trimmed,
2. the rotary dresser's steering is opposite to the grinding wheel (the line speed is the same). The ratio of the line speed between the rotary dresser and the grinding wheel is kept within 0.3-0.6, while the rotation speed should avoid multiple relations.
3. Avoid the impact between the rotary dresser and grinding wheel during the dressing process. Single dressing quantity can be rough or fine, every time after finishing processing, the model of a grinding wheel is adjusted in 0.02-0.04mm.
4. When dressing the grinding wheel,it should obey the policy: fast feeding (cannot touch the wheel) - slow feeding (as required cutting speed feed) - light repair - the withdrawal movement, to ensure the service life of rotary dresser.
